Introduction
We are a husband and wife team investing in and around Leeds, we strive to create excellent homes which people love to live in and retain for our rental portfolio. We are actively investing in buy-to-lets, HMOs and blocks of flats.
Our strategy is to invest for cashflow in an area which has strong capital appreciation.
Simon Faulkner
Simon is an experienced project and programme manager with over 17 years experience of working within the Health Care sector working with local IT systems to running national programmes. Simon has recently left full time employment to seek a new direction and follow his passion within the property space.
Apart from property, Simon is an keen golfer and avid cricket supporter and loves spending time with his young family.
Adrian Faulkner
Adrian is a registered ACP Nurse working in the local community.
Within the business Adrian's eye is on the interior design detail, managing our social media and enquiries from both capital investors and tenants.
In her spare time Adrian is a mum of two, enjoys gardening, travelling and socialising with friends.
